Chungo Creek Cabins are situated overlooking the junction of the Blackstone and the Wapiabi Rivers. Available year round.
All Cabins are Rustic – There is no power in the cabins, Lighting is solar, and cabins are wood or propane heat. They each have a kitchenette set up with dishes, a stove for cooking and a BBQ. Two double beds. To minimize potential heath risk associated with Covid-19 all renters are responsible for providing their own bedding and pillows. Clean mattress covers are provided. Showers and washroom facilities along with potable water are provided however, there is no laundry facilities on site.
Coin operated laundry, and other services are available in Nordegg.
There is also plenty of room nearby for those that wish to set up a sleeping tent if there is more than four in your group. Fresh clean cold mountain water is available on site from our seasonal shower house and there are various out-houses located on the property close to each of the cabins.
Cabin and Additional Amenity Rental Rates
Cabin customers are encouraged to arrive no later than 9 pm on the day of check-in. Check out time is 11:00 am. Cabin renters shall be required to sign a release waiver. Cabin and amenity rates are listed below:
- $150.00 per cabin per night based on a 4-person capacity per cabin. Additional persons can be added for an extra $25.00/person to a maximum capacity of 6 persons per cabin.
- Chungo Creek has a rustic hot tub available for rent. The cost is $100.00/night.
- Pets welcome with signed waiver form. Due to the extra cleaning costs, a pet fee of $10.00/day will be charged for each pet.
- Additional camping spots can be arranged for tents and trailers at a cost of $25.00/day for tents and $50.00/day for trailers.
Space is available for your own horse for a fee, following prior arrangements with Chungo Creek. Feed not included.
